We are operating out of the Student Sustainability Center, which is a part of Oregon State University.  To reduce the amount of risk that OSU assumes, and to provide our volunteers insurance coverage we require that all of our shop managers fill out a Volunteer Service form and waiver and e-mail it to bike-co-op AT googlegroups DOT com.  Check out OSU's Risk Management site for further inquiry.
